Offer Eligibility
The SpotOn New Client Offer is available to new SpotOn merchants who process a minimum of $50,000 per month in card payment volume. Merchant must provide a copy of their most recent POS or payment processing statement to verify processing volume. Offer is subject to SpotOn underwriting approval. This Offer is available to new SpotOn merchants only.
Hardware Credit
SpotOn will provide a hardware credit up to a maximum of $5,000 toward SpotOn hardware. Hardware credit may not be transferred, combined with other credits, or applied to software, add-on products, or services.
White-Glove Installation
Qualifying merchants receive complimentary in-person installation and onboarding, including on-site hardware setup, menu build, and staff training. SpotOn’s standard implementation fee of $2,000 is waived under this Offer.
Reimbursement
If the merchant cancels or stops processing within 24 months of installation, the merchant must pay back the hardware and implementation discount amount within 30 days. No penalty, multiplier, or additional charge applies beyond the recovery of hardware and implementation costs.
Processing
SpotOn payment processing is month-to-month with no multi-year contract requirement. Processing rates are as quoted, subject to SpotOn underwriting approval; rates may vary based on factors, including merchant risk profile, card type, and processing volume. Amex OptBlue rates quoted separately.
Offer Window and Activation
This Offer is available to merchants who sign a SpotOn restaurant agreement between September 14 and November 30, 2026. Merchants must activate SpotOn payment processing within 30 days of signing to receive Offer credits. This Offer is not available to existing SpotOn merchants or merchants enrolled through SpotOn dealer/reseller channels. SpotOn reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Offer at any time. This Offer may not be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise authorized in writing by SpotOn.
