About SpotOn

At SpotOn, our merchants are our most important asset. When they succeed and grow revenue, so do our Sales Partners!

Overview

SpotOn, headquartered in the heart of the Financial District in San Francisco, is redefining merchant services by providing an end-to-end solution for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB) that integrates marketing and credit card processing while doing four key things differently:

  1. Empowering SMBs with a high-tech marketing platform, which includes tools for marketing, reviews, loyalty, scheduling, and analytics, all for one low platform fee of $35 per month.
  2. Providing payment and marketing hardware to our merchants with no upfront fees
  3. Requiring no long-term commitment—SpotOn operates on month-to-month contracts, always.
  4. Never charging junk fees that other payment processing companies typically charge, like monthly minimums, statement fees, batch fees, PCI fees, Annual PCI fees, non-compliance fees, regulator fees, and more

Small and medium businesses often don’t have the time, or necessarily even the understanding, to effectively use the software and technology solutions that are critical to succeeding in today’s digital retail environment. Spoton helps bring merchants up to speed by providing face-to-face service backed by an expert onboarding team.

“We are the first company to integrate credit card processing with marketing, loyalty, reviews management, and consumer analytics.”

- R.J. Horsley, President of SpotOn

History

SpotOn co-founders Matthew and Zachary Hyman have dedicated themselves to providing exceptional value and service to merchants since 2001. In 2005, they founded Central Payment, now one of the nation’s largest merchant service providers, servicing close to 100,000 businesses across the U.S. Along with co-founder Doron Friedman, the Hymans created SpotOn, the culmination of their long-term vision, providing an end-to-end platform for merchants to run and grow their business.

Creating a positive social impact while building successful and long-lasting businesses is something Matt, Zach, and Doron emphasize. The end result is a work environment where Sales Partners are proud of what they do, working as part of an extended, collaborative team to empower small business to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
