Restaurant delivery integration
Delivery on your terms

Everything you need to offer delivery without giving up margin

Pay only $7.95 per delivery ($9.95 in California), not a percentage of every order. No more watching your margins shrink as ticket sizes grow. Delivery range up to 15 miles.

Pass the delivery fee on to your guests, absorb it yourself, or split the difference. The choice is yours. You can adjust it anytime based on what works for your business.

Every DoorDash Drive delivery placed through SpotOn Order or GoTo Place goes straight to the kitchen printer or KDS, and is logged in your POS. No manual entry, no juggling multiple tablets, no missed tickets.

SpotOn Order connects to your Google Business Profile, so guests can find you in Google Search or Google Maps and place a delivery order without ever leaving the app. More visibility, less friction.

Guests order through SpotOn Order or your GoTo Place app — not the DoorDash marketplace. That means no competing restaurants on the same screen, and no paying for placement you didn't ask for.

FAQ
It is a flat-rate delivery fulfillment option built into SpotOn Order. Instead of listing your restaurant on the DoorDash marketplace and paying a per-order commission, you use DoorDash's Dasher network to fulfill delivery orders placed directly through your own ordering channels, including your website, the GoTo Place app, or Google.
Access to SpotOn Delivery is included with SpotOn Order first-party online ordering. When you use SpotOn Delivery by DoorDash Drive, it costs a flat-rate $7.95 per delivery ($9.95 per delivery in California). You can choose how much of that delivery cost you want to pass on to your guests by adding a delivery fee within your SpotOn POS dashboard settings.
When you're listed on the DoorDash marketplace, you pay a commission (typically a percentage of every order) and your restaurant competes for visibility alongside every other restaurant in the app. With DoorDash Drive through SpotOn, guests order directly from you, you pay a flat delivery fee, and there's no marketplace middleman taking a cut.
The DoorDash Drive offering through SpotOn Order lets guests order delivery to addresses up to 15 miles away from your store location.
No. Delivery orders placed through SpotOn Order and GoTo Place sync directly to your SpotOn POS and are routed to the appropriate kitchen printer or KDS. No extra hardware, no extra steps.
Compared to delivery using third-party marketplace apps, which charge a percentage based commission, you only pay a flat fee for delivery with SpotOn Delivery, with the option to pass on some or all of that fee to delivery customers. This can lead to significant savings, particularly for larger orders. For example, a 20% commission on a $75 delivery order would be $15.00, almost twice as much as the flat-fee delivery. SpotOn Delivery also can result in significant labor savings compared to having to hire and manage your own delivery fleet of drivers. The flat-fee you pay goes directly to paying DoorDash’s reliable delivery network.
Yes, you can control three primary settings: your delivery pickup lead time, the delivery fee that gets charged to customers, and a minimum delivery amount. These are all customizable within the online ordering settings in the SpotOn merchant dashboard.
Yes, after placing their order through SpotOn, your guests will receive status updates directly from DoorDash Drive, including an initial delivery notification with a tracking link and updates when the order has been picked up by the driver and then delivered.
